D-14: laying the foundations
Two weeks before the big day, it is time for a deep facial. On the programme: double cleansing, gentle deep-pore cleansing, draining massage, hydrating mask and vitamin C serum. The goal: even out the complexion, revive radiance and allow any micro-imperfections to heal.
D-10: the body, too
A black soap scrub followed by a rhassoul wrap prepares the skin for the hydrating treatments of the days to come. Bonus: skin holds self-tanner and dry oils better.
D-7: deep hydration
A hydra-plumping facial, and a relaxing body massage to release the stress that builds up. The skin plumps, sleep improves, the complexion breathes.
D-3: the final adjustment
Manicure, pedicure, brows, waxing. We deliberately avoid aggressive treatments at this stage — the skin should be calm, not stressed.
D-1: change nothing
Above all, nothing new the day before. A good night’s sleep, plenty of water, a gentle sheet mask if needed. Let the work of the previous days do its job.
The morning of: keep it light
Floral mist, hydrating serum, a touch of dry oil on the cheekbones and collarbones. Your skin is ready — all that is left is to enjoy.
